Can I cancel the purchase, return the shoes or exchange for another size?
Purchase from a Business Seller:
As a consumer, when you purchase from a business seller, you have the right to cancel your order or return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and complete.
Purchase from a Private Seller:
If you enter into an agreement with a private seller (i.e., not a business seller) as a consumer, the European rules on consumer protection do not apply. This means you are less protected as a consumer compared to purchasing from a business seller. As a result, you cannot cancel, exchange, or return items or orders. However, you can choose to resell the item on the website.

Is there a warranty on the products purchased through Hypeboost?
