All sales with Hypeboost are final. When you purchase items on Hypeboost, an agreement is formed between you and the private seller. Hypeboost is not a party to this agreement.
If you, as a consumer, enter into an agreement with a private party (not a business seller), the rules in the European Union regarding the protection of consumer rights do not apply to that agreement. This means that you are less protected as a consumer if you conclude a contract with a private person than with a business seller.
Because of this, it is not possible to cancel, exchange or return items or orders. You can choose to sell the item through the website.
