Can I reopen my blocked account?
If your account has been closed or blocked and you wish to reopen it, please contact our customer service team. We will check the reason your account has been blocked and discuss with you to determine if you are reliable enough to continue selling on Hypeboost. In the case that you are allowed to reopen your account, you must first pay a fine of 20 euros for each flake that has occurred in the past. After the fine has been paid, your account will be reactivated.
