How do I ship my sold item?
Please follow these guidelines when shipping your item to Hypeboost for authentication:
- The shipping label has been sent to your email. Print out the shipping label and affix it to the shipping box. You can also access this label in your Hypeboost account online. Never stick the shipping label on the original box. Always carefully package your item in another box and affix the shipping label to the outer box.
- The sold item must always be sent to us complete in its original packaging and undamaged.
- Put a copy of the sales confirmation in the box.
- Ensure that you receive a shipping receipt after dropping your package at FedEx/UPS/DPD. Without a receipt we cannot make a claim if your package is lost or does not arrive at its destination

How long do I have to ship the item?
