How long will my rejected item be stored?
We will keep your item stored in our authentication centre for up to one month after rejection.
If we have not received a valid address for return and/or the fine payment of 20,- euros within this period, your item will be removed from the authentication centre and destroyed. It is then no longer possible to claim your item.

How long does it take to authenticate my product?
Once the item has arrived at our authentication center our experts will check the sneakers to ensure they are 100% authentic, new, and unworn and damage free. This process usually takes 1-2 business days.
I accidentally sent the wrong item. Can I get it back?
If you realize that you have sent the wrong item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. While it is possible to get back the item, you will be required to pay a fine of 20 euros.
