I am (still) receiving reminders about the shipment of my item, but I have sent it already. What should I do?
It may happen that you receive reminders about sending your parcel even after you have done so. In most cases, this is because the shipping company did not process the status of your shipment yet. In some cases, this simply takes a few hours. However, you should contact our customer service immediately to ensure that the order does not cancel. Remember, it is your own responsibility to keep us informed of the shipment. Please include your Sale ID and a copy of your shipping information in your query. If we are not notified in time of the problem, your order may cancel once it has passed the shipping deadline. If this occurs, there is unfortunately nothing we can do.
