I have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email. What now?

It is possible that an email has ended up in unwanted mail or in the spam box. If you have not found a confirmation email there either, please contact our customer service team through the chat.  

Please provide the following information to the customer service team: 
  1. Date/time of the order. 
  2. The sneakers that were ordered. 
  3. The delivery address. 
  4. Screenshot of the payment.
We will then be able to search for your order and update you.
