What happens if my sold item has not passed authentication?

What happens if my sold item has not passed authentication?

If an item sold by you has not passed our authentication test (fake, damaged box/sneaker, worn), we will immediately contact you to confirm this. You will be required to pay a fine of 20 euros. After we receive your payment, we will ship the sneakers back to you. You have 14 days to pay this fine. After 14 days, the sneakers will be removed from the authentication center, and it will be impossible to retrieve them.
